A1 Rides is an Australia-based car rental platform offering a seamless vehicle booking experience for customers with an extensive fleet of vehicles and easy online reservations. As UI/UX Designer & Social Media Manager, I designed the website and mobile app interfaces, and managed social media presence including content creation and brand engagement.
The platform needed to provide an intuitive vehicle booking experience with clear vehicle listings, pricing display, and seamless booking flow. The mobile app design for iOS and Android required careful consideration of the booking process, ensuring customers could easily find, compare, and book vehicles on the go.
Vehicle Listing & Booking Flow
The vehicle listing layouts needed to display key information—vehicle type, features, pricing, and availability—in a way that helped customers make informed decisions quickly. The booking flow required multiple steps (vehicle selection, date/time selection, customer information, payment) while maintaining a sense of progress and clarity throughout the process.
Great booking experiences make complex processes feel simple and effortless.

Through developing dashboards and reporting frameworks for data-driven leadership decisions, I've learned that technical consulting must provide actionable insights and measurable outcomes. This involves understanding the full stack from design to deployment, ensuring that recommendations are not only technically sound but also practical and aligned with business objectives. The goal is to help businesses make informed technology decisions that drive growth and efficiency.
Brand Identity & Social Media Management
Creating a brand-consistent visual identity across the website, mobile app, and social media required careful attention to design details. The social media management included content creation, brand engagement, and marketing graphics that reinforced the A1 Rides brand while driving bookings. The responsive design ensured the booking experience worked seamlessly across all devices.
