Connecting Martial Arts Academies Worldwide
Martial App is a SaaS platform connecting martial arts academies with practitioners worldwide. Available on iOS, Android, and Huawei stores. As Project Manager and UI/UX Designer, I led project coordination and designed the user interface for web and mobile applications.
The platform needed to serve two distinct user groups: academy owners managing their businesses and practitioners looking for classes and academies. Academy management features included student tracking and billing, class scheduling and event management, QR code check-in system for attendance, and member communication tools.
Academy Dashboard & Student Management
The academy management dashboard required comprehensive tools for tracking students, managing billing, scheduling classes, and organizing events. The QR code check-in system needed to be fast and reliable, while the digital learning content platform required intuitive content organization and delivery. Designing for academy owners meant creating powerful tools that remained easy to use.
Platforms that serve multiple user types require careful design to ensure each group gets the tools they need.

Deploying across iOS, Android, and Huawei stores required careful coordination with different app store requirements and guidelines. The multilingual support feature needed to handle various languages while maintaining consistent user experience. The academy search and class booking features for users required creating an intuitive discovery experience that helped practitioners find the right academy and classes for their needs.
